Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we do not return items back to customers once they have been received and inspected by our team. If your refund request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method according to the terms below.

Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, you may request a refund for the eligible product and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that approved refunds result in the return of the purchase amount only. Returned items will not be shipped back to customers after they have been received by our facility.
